Community Guidelines & Terms of Service

Treat all players with respect. We have a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind
• Bullying, threats, or personal attacks
• Sexual harassment or inappropriate content
• Impersonation of other players or staff

Maintain fair play for everyone:

• No cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics
• No use of third-party software to gain unfair advantages
• No account sharing or boosting services
• No intentional disruption of gameplay experiences

Keep communication appropriate and inclusive:

• No spamming or flooding chat channels
• No sharing of personal information (yours or others)
• No promotion of illegal activities or dangerous content
• Keep voice chat clean and free of excessive noise

Help us maintain a safe environment:

• Report players who violate these guidelines
• Use in-game moderation tools when available
• Protect your personal information at all times
• Respect others' boundaries in social interactions

Violations may result in:

Extreme violations (hate speech, threats, etc.) may result in immediate permanent bans.

To report a player or incident:

1. Use the in-game reporting system if available
2. For serious issues, contact lmvsstudios@gmail.com with:
   • Your username and player ID
   • Offending player's username and ID
   • Time and date of incident
   • Detailed description of the issue
   • Screenshots or video evidence if available

Your access to and use of Lemur Factory Remastered is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

You agree not to engage in:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the game
• Creating cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software
• Commercial exploitation of the game without permission
• Data mining or automated data extraction
• Any activity that disrupts the game or other players' experiences

Regarding in-game purchases:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• LMVS Studios reserves the right to modify or remove virtual items
• Unauthorized sale of virtual items is strictly prohibited

All rights in and to Lemur Factory Remastered are owned by LMVS Studios:

• You are granted a limited license to use the game
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works
• All game assets, characters, and code are protected
• User-generated content grants LMVS Studios a worldwide license

Lemur Factory Remastered is provided "as is" without warranties:

• LMVS Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the game at any time
• You play at your own risk and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LMVS Studios shall not be liable for any indirect damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the game
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability

We may update these Terms from time to time:

• Changes will be posted on this page
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be communicated via in-game notice
